Westview HS Tournament, THURSDAY

Thursday, November 15, 2012 is the last Field Tournament of the regular marching season for Mira Mesa HS.  If you haven't seen our Field Show then this would be a great opportunity to do so at Westview HS.  After this performance on Thursday, we will go with the Parade Band and Guard to Arcadia HS on Saturday and then we will be on a break for one week (Nov. 18-25).  When we return from the break we will prepare for Championships, which will be held on Saturday, December 1st in Ramona (Riverside).  Please look at the Google calendar on the website and the hard copy semester calendar for the rehearsal schedule on November 27th and 29th.

The Call Sheet information for the Westview Field Tournament is the following:

Transportation will be by bus ONLY going to Westview.  ALL parents will need to pick up their student at Westview HS at the completion of the event, 9:00pm.

Thursday, November 15

3:30pm            Call Time for ALL Band and Color Guard

4:00pm            Load Buses (3)

4:20pm           Arrive at Westview HS

Unload EQ / Bathroom Break 

4:45pm            Dress into Uniforms

5:15pm            Warm-Up

6:40pm            PERFORMANCE

7:00pm            Change and head into stands

8:30pm            AWARDS

9:00pm            Parents Pick-up ALL students from Westview HS (Students may go home)

9:15pm            Drumline and Volunteers meet back at MMHS and help unload equipment and instruments.
